Learn the story of Scottish Londoners

Thanks to Ianvisits for alerting us to an interesting pre-Burns-Night day today at the London Metropolitan Archives, exploring the story of Scottish people living and working in London through the years.


Participants are told to expect original documents, family history research and explorations of the various ways Scottish people have contributed to the capital's culture, culminating in a performance and demonstration of Scottish country dancing by the Royal Scottish Country Dancing Society. Entry is £10 and you are requested to bring lunch.
